Returns & Order Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all iDream Posh sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

ORDER ACCURACY

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout, including:

  • Selected texture
  • Length
  • Closure size
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address

Once an order is placed, it begins processing and cannot be modified.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: idreamposshair@gmail.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the concern

Our team will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENT

Hair must remain:

  • Uninstalled
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original packaging

We cannot review concerns for products that have been installed, chemically altered, or modified.

POLICY STANDARD STATEMENT

Each order is prepared according to our quality standards before shipment. Due to the custom nature of luxury hair extensions, all purchases are considered final.
